Welcome

Co Culture offers therapeutic support and personal and professional development to individuals, organisations and communities who are committed to anti-oppressive inclusive practice. Whether you are a person with a mixed-marginalised experience looking to engage in therapeutic work, or a practitioner seeking to develop your awareness of power dynamics, Co Culture offers relational, strength-based care that is always focused toward personal, relational and structural transformation.

Co Culture has grown from a grounded foundation of Culturally Safe and Responsive Collaboration (CSRC), a practice developed by Rachel Naŋinaaq Edwardson and David Vadiveloo over their decades of experience implementing culturally safe processes in community, organizational development, film, education and health.

Co Culture provides a relational space for individuals, communities and organisations to

  • build on existing strengths

  • nurture connection to culture and community

  • identify, nurture, embody and live deep values

  • develop critical awareness across cultures, paradigms and social locations

  • understand belonging in legacy, history and story

  • develop capacity to make meaningful internal, relational and structural change
