Griefwork
This space is for anyone wanting to share / express / connect through grief for our struggling world.
The destruction to our earth is visible, urgent and inescapable. Many of us do not know what to do with our justifiable feelings of despair, rage and grief.
GRIEFWORK is a space to name grief, listen to stories and share strength as a collective. Facilitated through a land-based approach to healing and resistance, these sessions are a space to flush grief and decompress the overwhelm.
This space is free to all who are hurting.
PLEASE NOTE: This space is open to all. I will name that for many Indigenous peoples, especially First Nations folk, these spaces can be complex to sit in - bearing witness to Indigenous and settler grief and distress. The focus of these sessions is as much about grieving trees, landscapes and waterways, as it is about sitting with the grief of our participation in these systems - the legacies of our bloodlines and other complex inheritances.
These sessions are committed to decompressing the many ways empire (through processes of capitalism, white supremacy, patriarchy, ableism, etc) interrupts our ability to connect, bond and heal.
No pressure to share, speak or have your camera on.
These spaces are free, and are hosted online, accessed through Circle Community Platform (sorry for making you remember another password).
